HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PRESENTATIONS 2006 DOI Human Capital Training Conference To access the program and handouts from the 2006 DOI Human Capital Training Conference which was held in September: Log on to DOI LEARN at https://doilearn.doi.gov.   (If you have forgotten your password, you can enter your user name and click on "I forgot my password" on the login page. Once you are in the system, select the "Library" tab. Select the "Product Library". If a User Form comes up, simply complete that before going on. At this point you can either search the "entire library" or conduct an "advanced search". The Guide to the conference includes the complete program for easy reference.
