The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri relocated its Southeastern Division operation to the new Rush Hudson Limbaugh, Sr. United States Courthouse on Monday, June 2, 2008. The federal courthouse is located at 555 Independence Street, at the intersection of Frederick and Independence Streets in downtown Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The building hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except on federal holidays. The office of the Clerk of Court will be open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each business day.
