Workplace Inspections for Safety & Health Hazards
Employees are encouraged to report unsafe and unhealthful working conditions to their immediate supervisor. Employees may file a CD-351, Report of Possible Safety/Health Hazard, to their Area Safety Representative or to the Regional Safety Manager.

new informationEmployers are required by OSHA to conduct a yearly safety inspection. Below are two checklists which may be used to accomplish this requirement:

The Regional Safety and Health Manager conducts workplace inspections that consists of sampling, identifying hazards, and work practices which may contribute to possible safety and health concerns. The following safety & health hazard inspection services are available:
  • Indoor Air Quality
  • Comprehensive Oversight Inspection
  • Targeted Inspection Requested by Customer
