Program Overviews
The Governor's Energy Office (GEO) recognizes the critical role it plays in charting Colorado’s leading role in the provision of clean and renewable forms of energy. GEO works with communities, utilities, private and public organizations, and individuals to promote renewable energy such as wind, solar, and geothermal, and energy efficiency technologies in commercial and residential buildings.
GEO implements its work through a variety of programs and partnerships. Below you will find a menu of GEO's programs as well as links to more information about each program on this website.
You can also see GEO's Overview of Programs One Pager here (PDF 57 KB). In addition to the funding opportunities GEO's program partnerships present, GEO and the State of Colorado also provide grant funding for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. Please visit the Partnership Opportunities section of this website for a look at current opportunities.
