Active kids, good blood pressure 3


Researcher Steve Blair of the University of South Carolina says the finding that more active kids have lower blood pressure is another benefit of being active.

``We know kids need physical activity to be healthy. This is just another bit of evidence that activity seems to be associated with health benefits – in this case, lower blood pressure.’’ (10 seconds)
