The Omni Shoreham is located on eleven acres in Rock Creek Park. It is one hundred yards from the Woodley Park Metro station, connecting you with downtown Washington. A fitness center is located on the property. 

Hotel Reservations
For reservations, please call the Omni directly. Identify yourself as an attendee of the Partnerships for Health in the New Millennium conference. The room rate is $118 single and $138 double plus 14.5% tax. Reservations must be made by January 3, 2000 to get the reduced room rate. After this date rooms not reserved will be released for sale to the general public and reservations will only be accepted on a space and rate available basis.

Hotel Deposits 
All room reservations must be guaranteed by either a major credit card or a deposit equivalent to one night’s room and tax. Checks for room deposits should be mailed to the hotel.

Cancellation
Deposits are refundable and your credit card will not be charged, if the hotel receives notice of cancellation by 4:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival.

Metro
The closest Metro station is the Woodley Park Metro stop (red line) which is 1/2 block from the hotel. (Metro information and a Metro system map may be viewed at http://www.wmata.com.)

Parking at the Omni
Parking is available at a cost of $14 per day. Valet parking is $17. Additional parking will be available across the street at the Marriott Washington Wardman Park Hotel at a cost of $14 per day.

Parking at the hotel will be limited. Local attendees are encouraged to use the metro.

Driving Directions to the Omni Shoreham Hotel

• From Virginia take I-95 North. I-95 becomes 395 North when you reach Springfield, Virginia. Continue on 395 North to Exit #8B. Take the Memorial Bridge exit. On the bridge, get in the right lane and bear to the right off of the bridge (onto the cloverleaf) until you are on the road below the bridge (Rock Creek Parkway). Stay left through the park taking the Calvert Street exit. The Omni Shoreham is at the top of the hill on the left.
• From Route 66 or 50 take the Roosevelt Bridge and get in the left lane. Take the first exit (E Street – road splits). Follow the signs for Rock Creek Parkway. Take Rock Creek Parkway to Calvert Street exit. The Omni Shoreham is on the left.
• From Maryland take I-495 (The Capital Beltway). Exit at Connecticut Avenue towards Chevy Chase and Washington, DC. Travel on Connecticut Avenue four miles, passing Washington National Zoo on the left, to Calvert Street. Turn right onto Calvert Street and the Omni Shoreham is on the left.
• From Philadelphia take I-76 to I-95 South through Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland. Take 495 West towards northern Virginia. Take Exit #33 (Connecticut Avenue South) into Washington, DC. Go approximately four miles; passing the National Zoo on the left. Continue another three blocks to Calvert Street. Make a right turn into Calvert Street. The Omni Shoreham Hotel will be on the left.
