Submit a Storm Report to the NWS

The National Weather Service in Lincoln is interested in any adverse weather that you have experienced in central and southeast Illinois (click image at right to see our coverage area)! We are especially interested in hail .75" in diameter or larger, winds 58 mph or greater and/or wind damage, or any tornado occurrence.   We would also like to know about  funnel clouds, lightning damage, heavy snow, sleet or freezing rain, heavy rain and flooding. This information is extremely important and will help us as we issue severe weather warnings, verifying that a storm is indeed severe.
