Broadcast Continuing Education

The following credits have been approved for individuals viewing the conference via Webcast and satellite broadcast (please note that not all sessions are eligible). Special instructions and applications are listed below.

• Category I CHES CECH from the Society for Public Health Education (SOPHE) which has been designated as a provider of Continuing Education Contact Hours by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (12.5 credit hours). 
• Category I Credit toward the Physician's Recognition Award of the American Medical Association from the American College of Preventive Medicine (ACPM). ACPM is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians (11.5 credit hours).  
• American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) accepts AMA Category I CME credit for the PRA from organizations accredited by ACCME (11.5 credit hours).

Health Educators
Health Educators are required to complete an evaluation form for each session. General Session Objectives are necessary to complete the evaluation forms. Please submit all required materials by January 31, 2001.
