The Comptroller Division is committed to quality support by providing a wide range of administrative, financial, logistic and procurement functions. We are proud to be "Semper Paratus"; -- always ready -- to provide the highest level of support to Coast Guard people, units and ships within our AOR. We provide budget, accounting, procurement, property management, warehousing, shipping and receiving, and food services for the ISC, 19 tenant commands and D13 staff elements. Services extending to outlying units throughout the D13 AOR include procurement services beyond the capabilities of smaller units, IMPAC VISA Card program management and assistance for other finance/ procurement / logistics support services that are not provided elsewhere.
