Department of Homeland Security Annual Employee Survey

The 2007 Department of Homeland Security Annual Employee Survey (AES) was conducted to collect data on Department employees' perceptions of workforce management, organizational accomplishments, agency goals, leadership, and communication.

Department agency managers will use the findings to help sharpen policies for improving our agency performance. The documents below contain the profile of the respondents and the survey results for each major component of the Department.
