FEES AND ACCESS OPTIONS
LICENSES
Licenses are suitable for companies, medical practices, or organizations that wish to provide third party information on their web sites or to use it in combination with their own data. The entire database is streamed to your website, customized to the look and feel of the site so it can be integrated into the navigation system. The data is continually maintained and updated.
Licenses typically cost $3,000 US per year for companies and $2,000 US per year for non profit organizations. We require licensees to sign a mutually protective contract.
LIBRARY AND OTHER MULTI-USER SUBSCRIPTIONS
Institutional library subscriptions are set up so that all faculty and students, and visitors to the library can access the database on your library intranet site. If the proxy server allows off-campus use, we allow that too. However, you would need a full license to have it on your public facing site.

CUSTOMIZED SETUPS FOR LICENSES AND MULTI-USER SUBSCRIPTIONS
You may customize HerbMedProTM on your own website for intranet or internet use. Basically this means that you are hosting the database on your own server and can add functionality, extra data, and features.
For example, libraries may link to full-text articles; companies may add herb records to specific products or may opt for only a portion of the herb records to link to their own data or products. Pricing is individually negotiated and there is a one time $250 setup fee if individually hosted scripts are required.
