The Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) Independent Panel Reviewing the Impact of Hurricane Katrina on Communications Networks ("Independent Panel" or "Panel") will hold its next meeting on Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commission Meeting Room, Federal Communications Commission, 445 12th Street, SW, Room TW-C305, Washington, DC.
The Federal Communications Commission's Independent Panel Reviewing the Impact of Hurricane Katrina on Communications Networks ("Independent Panel" or "Panel") will hold its next meeting on Monday, March 6, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time) at the Mississippi e-Center at Jackson State University, 1230 Raymond Road, Jackson, MS 39204. If its planned business for this meeting is not completed on March 6th, the Panel will reconvene on Tuesday, March 7, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. Central Time (10:30 a.m. Eastern Time) at the same location.
The Independent Panel is scheduled to hold its first meeting on Monday, January 30, 2006 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Commission Meeting Room (TW-C305), Federal Communications Commission 445 12th Street, SW, Washington, D.C. 20554. At its first meeting, the Panel will discuss a tentative timeline and process for completion of its task by June 15, 2006 and its committee structure. The Panel will also introduce and receive brief statements from panel members about the impact of Hurricane Katrina on their company's or industry sector's communications infrastructure as well as issues on which the panel should focus
