DHS Awards Contracts for IT Services

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security announced today 25 contract awards for information technology (IT) services as part of the Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) program. The following companies have been awarded contracts:

"Doing business in today's complex world of information technology requires a tremendous amount of management expertise and specialization to ensure government contracting compliance,” said Scott Charbo, Acting Undersecretary of Management, and DHS Chief Information Officer. "Recognizing these factors and partnering with these companies better positions us to focus on leveraging like services, improving spend management, and better managing IT contracting as a whole.”

EAGLE will serve as a department-wide platform for acquiring IT services in five functional categories:

  • Infrastructure engineering design, development, implementation, and integration;
  • Operations and maintenance;
  • Independent test, validation, verification;
  • Software Design; and
  • Management Support Services.


More contract announcements will be made in July as part of the EAGLE program’s small business set-aside plan.
