Digital Coast
Numerous partners have joined with the NOAA Coastal Services Center to develop the Digital Coast. Phase one is currently available. Phase two, which will be released in early 2009, will include more partner data and information. Current Digital Coast partners include the Association of State Floodplain Managers, the Coastal States Organization, the National Association of Counties, the National States Geographic Information Council, and The Nature Conservancy. Coastal GeoTools 2009 Highlights a Decade of Change in Geospatial Technology
The opening plenary session will be hosted by the Digital Coast Partners and will provide their perspective on the importance of geospatial technologies to their constituents. The Wednesday Luncheon discussion will feature a group of geospatial and coastal management experts, who will highlight a decade of change in the application of geospatial technology to coastal management.
