Help, Document Info, Document Listing
This search engine provides links to documents from the CZIC digital library by querying bibliographic information about the documents as it is recorded in the catalog of the Center Library. Currently available for searching are fields associated with document titles (including alternate titles and volume titles), the authors of the documents, and subject headings associated with each of the documents.
By default, the Simple Search results link the user to documents containing matches to one or more of the words or phrases in the selected bibliographic fields. To search for an exact, multiword phrase, enclose the words of the phrase within double quotation marks (e.g., "coastal erosion"). Additional search words or phrases may be added by separating each with a space in the input textbox.
The default Boolean 'OR' search for multiple words or phrases may alternatively be switched to searching for the intersection of results matching each individual term/phrase (Boolean 'AND') or searching all terms as a single phrase (the equivalent of enclosing all the terms in a single pair of double quotation marks).
