Executive Secretariat

The Executive Secretariat Team’s duties consist of the following:

• Correspondence analysis
• Control and tracking of correspondence
• Arrangement of documentation presentation
• Dissemination of written material of varying formats and contents
• Organization and safe-keeping of official documents and records
