Overview of March 7-8 snowstorm updated with photos

One of the largest snowfalls since the December, 2004 winter storm occurred on March 7-8. Strong winds associated with this storm made accurate snow measurements difficult. Drifts were well over a foot in the Pennyrile region of western Kentucky. At Evansville, this was the largest snowfall since December of 2004.
