Coast Guard Personnel Command
Officer Personnel Management Division
Officer Boards, Promotions, and Separations Branch (CG PC-opm-1)
Boards Section
Promotion years are 01 July through the following 30 June. As board reports are approved and signed by the Secretary, current promotion year precepts are added. Selection boards are to consider individuals for promotion to the next higher grade. Designation and appointment boards consider individuals to transfer into that specialty. As board reports are approved and signed by the Secretary, current promotion year results are added. This is a work in progress to get back board results and precepts.
