	Federal Bridge Certification Authority (FBCA) Technical Working Group (TWG) The FBCA TWG is a group focusing on advancing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technology through discussing and investigating proposed modifications to the FBCA system's architectural design. GSA chairs the FBCA TWG, which is composed of technical participants from Federal agencies and its contractors. There are no formal membership requirements, and anyone from or supporting a Federal agency may attend.
