CDC's Division of Adolescent and School Health (DASH)

Division of Adolescent and School Health Organizational Chart.  Office of the Director includes Resource Management; Planning, Evaluation, and Legislation; Health Communications. There are three branches: 1) Research Applications Branch, 2) Program Development Branch which includes National Capacity; School Programs, and 3) Surveillance & Evaluation Branch which includes Surveillance Research; Evaluation Research; Data Management & Analysis.

In 1988, CDC established the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (NCCDPHP), within which it created the Division of Adolescent and School Health (DASH).

DASH includes the Office of the Director (OD), the Program Development and Services Branch (PDSB), the Research Application Branch (RAB), and the Surveillance and Evaluation Research Branch (SERB).
