Sweetness and kids


Claire Wang of Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health says kids should eat right and stay active – and choose water over sugar-sweetened beverages.

"It is important for children and teenagers to consume a nutritious diet and be physically active on a daily basis. And what’s the best beverage when they’re thirsty? It’s very simple. It’s water." (11 seconds)
