  • To become the recruiting tool of choice for Federal agencies seeking to quickly identify and recruit top talent; and,
  • To save taxpayers money by reducing redundant systems and processes.
  • To increase overall job-seeker satisfaction with USAJOBS;
  • To increase job-seeker satisfaction with the Federal employment application process;
  • To increase the number of visits to USAJOBS each day;
  • To increase the number of resumes in the USAJOBS resume database;
  • To increase the availability of online applicant status tracking data; and,
  • To increase the number applicants applying on-line using USAJOBS.
