Industry Restructuring
Welcome to BPA's web site on Industry Restructuring issues, including the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and Resource Adequacy. This site links to related subjects such as BPA's transmission contract lock process and to relevant sites outside BPA.
The Industry Restructuring function addresses issues that cross power and transmission functions, such as consideration of ColumbiaGrid or other institutional changes to transmission operation and planning, and general transfer agreements for delivery of federal power over non-federal transmission lines.
