TVA Staff and Public Comments

As part of the TVA PURPA process, TVA invited the the public to comment on each of the five PURPA standards enacted by the Energy Policy Act of 2005. The period for public comment on the standards has now ended as the official record closed on June 1, 2007. The public comments TVA received and the TVA staff comments for each standard have been submitted to the official record, upon which the TVA Board will base its determination regarding each standard.
