Monday thru Friday, excluding Government holidays: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Notices of other exceptions will be posted at the entrance.

Use of Library/Obtaining Material from the Library

If you are a NOAA employee, visit the library and register as a library patron. If you are a NOAA contractor, visiting scientist, Sea Grant fellow, etc., please fill out the Contractor Use of NOAA Central Library form (pdf), have your COTR or federal supervisor sign it, and bring to the library to be registered as a library patron.

If our library does not own a resource, and you are a registered patron, you may request it through our Interlibrary Loan Service.
