WASHINGTON, D.C. - Attorney General Janet Reno will travel to Busby, Montana, located on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation, on Thursday, April 20, 2000. The Attorney General will deliver remarks at 9:30 a.m. (MT) during groundbreaking ceremonies for a juvenile facility. In her speech, the Attorney General will discuss alternatives to incarceration.
