Can I get a Statement that uses my own assumptions about future earnings?
  Question
You made some assumptions about my future earnings when you estimated my benefits on the automatic Statement. Can I get a Statement using my own assumptions about what I expect to earn and when I plan to stop working?
  Answer

Yes, you can request a Statement with your own assumptions by completing Form SSA-7004, Request for an Earnings and Benefit Estimate Statement. We will send you a new Statement in about 4 weeks. You can also go to our Benefits Planners with the earnings shown on your Statement to calculate other estimates yourself.
