Joint Working Group on Telehealth

The Joint Working Group on Telehealth (JWGT) is a Federal interagency group that coordinates members' telehealth activities. Several member agencies provide telehealth grants and the JWGT ensures that there is no overlap in Federal funding. Members bring their unique telehealth expertise to the table, providing a forum to discuss and share information, to educate its members and to develop specific actions that reduce barriers to the effective use of telehealth technologies.

Dena Puskin, Sc.D., director of the HRSA Office for the Advancement of Telehealth, chairs the group.
