Brief Description:	The U.S.C.R. and the Great Lakes Navy and Marines are Veterans who Volunteer and utilize some of the Military Skills to aid others thru the CERT program, and what we call CERT Plus, which is adding Red Cross CPR and First Aid,Communications, Chaplains, and other services as needed and more Search and Rescue training. The Great Lakes Navy deals with M-Star (in Michigan) which helps Amputees with Prosthetics and counciling, to which also aids Internationaly as well with Medical Missions here and over seas.
