Alternative Dispute Resolution
There are alternative methods to traditional, formal dispute resolution including mediation, fact-finding, ombudsing, interest-based negotiation, and arbitration. All are designed to resolve employee-employer disputes in a way that is more efficient and more effective than traditional, adversarial methods of dispute resolution.
