Are you attending the American Public Health Association's annual conference on November 3-7 in Washington, DC? If you are, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Data Archive (SAMHDA) wants to see you there.

Through SAMHDA, you can access free substance abuse and mental health research data from preeminent studies for online analysis and download. Attend one of their scheduled workshops or their Exhibitor Theatre demonstration to learn how to take advantage of their free services.

Daily workshops will be held at 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. The Exhibitor Theatre Demo will be held Tuesday, November 6 at 10:15 a.m.

Learn to:

  • Download data and documentation for analysis.
  • Find specific data using SAMHDA's variable-level search.
  • Analyze data and produce charts and graphs using SAMHDA's online tools.
  • Use SAMHDA's bibliographies, survey instruments, and other resources.
