The Tri-County Lead Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in the Santa Ana
District provides oversight and support for SBDCs located in the Orange,
Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
The Santa Ana SBDC Network is a leader in providing consulting, training, and
technical assistance to the small business community. The SBDC program supports
the growth and development of the Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino County
economies by assisting in job creation and business expansion.
The SBDC is funded in partnership with the U.S. Small Business
Administration (SBA), California State University, Fullerton,
as well as host organizations throughout the Santa Ana District.
The Santa Ana District offers strategically located satellite
and outreach centers throughout the region, providing a network
of professional assistance that small business owners can access
throughout their company's life cycle. The Santa Ana District's
team of over 20 dedicated professional business consultants
and training specialists work with prospective entrepreneurs
and existing business owners to help them realize their entrepreneurial
goals. The Santa Ana District Network offers clients free
confidential business consulting services and low-cost training
seminars.
Special SBDC programs and economic development activities include
international trade assistance, technical assistance, procurement assistance,
venture capital formation and rural development. The SBDCs also make special
efforts to reach minority members of socially and economically disadvantaged
groups, veterans, women and the disabled. |
