© Richard J. Wagner 1997 These videos contain copies of 8mm movies taken by LCDR Clifton J. Wagner, USC&GS (now known as NOAA). They are presented just as he assembled, edited and titled them. His camera was a Kodak Model 20, purchased in 1935, and used regularly for 25 years.
