Parkway Design Options

This time we changed your position description! You are now the Park Superintendent for a rural national park. Your park is one of the most visited in the United States. To help get visitors in and out of this highly traveled area there is a proposal to complete the construction of a Parkway. The Federal Highway Administration has proposed three design options. You need to decide which option is the most aesthetic and environmentally sound.
