Survey all storm sewers using television cameras. Develop and implement a plan to repair, and upgrade the storm sewers to ensure base compliance with the Clean Water Act and with the nonpoint source pollution provisions of the Coastal Zone Management Act. The intent of the project is to protect the Potomac River and the Chesapeake Bay from further deterioration from NPS pollution at Bolling AFB.
