Linkage Phrase Marks

Please be sure to comply with the new ENERGY STAR Identity Guidelines for the Linkage Phrase Mark.

Select the image and format that you would like to download. A description of formats available is provided below the marks. Please Note: The blue version of any of the ENERGY STAR marks is preferred.

After selecting the desired format, right click on the image and select "Save Picture As" to save this image to your computer.

Use the Linkage Phrase Mark in marketing materials, such as ads and circulars, to show that a company sells either ENERGY STAR qualified products or services that can deliver ENERGY STAR performance levels.

About File Formats

EPS (Encapsulated PostScript File) - An EPS file is ideal for line art and vector graphics and can be very high resolution. Many of the clip art images used are in this format. EPS files are compressed into ZIP format. To download an EPS file, follow these instructions:

1. Click the 'EPS' link for the file you'd like to download.
2. Choose 'Save file to disk' and select the folder you'd like to save the file in.
3. Use WinZip or a similar utility to extract the compressed zip file.
4. Once extracted, the zip file contains the EPS file you requested.

GIF (Graphics Interchange Format) - This file type is also commonly used on the web and allows for transparency on screen as well as animation. This file type is very low resolution (72 dpi) and will not translate well to paper.

JPG (Joint Photographics Expert Group Compressed File) - Commonly used in Web sites, jpg files are normally at a low resolution of 72 dots per inch (dpi). These types of files are not recommended for use in your publications because of the low quality.

PSD (Adobe Photoshop) - Maintains high-quality artwork and fonts to produce high quality images for print and web.

TIF (Tagged-Image File Format) - This file type is high resolution and is good for printing. Tif files are commonly used for photographs and occasionally for line art.
