Kevin A. Delli-Colli

Kevin A. Delli-Colli is Deputy Assistant Secretary for Export Enforcement within the Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS). Mr. Delli-Colli serves as the senior career executive in the Export Enforcement arm of BIS. Mr. Delli-Colli oversees BIS's activities to protect U.S. national security and foreign policy interests by vigorously enforcing the export control and antiboycott provisions of the Export Administration Regulations. BIS conducts its enforcement activities through eight regional field offices and five overseas attachés, as well as a headquarters staff in Washington, DC.

Prior to joining BIS, Mr. Delli-Colli held leadership positions, as a criminal investigator, at the Department of Homeland Security as well as the U.S. Customs Service, and has over 28 years of government service. Mr. Delli-Colli received a BS degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University, Boston, MA, in 1981, and immediately began a public service career with U.S. Customs.
