 Senate Banking Committee to Conduct Hearings at SEC's Northeast
                         Regional Office
                                
What:    The U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban
         Affairs will conduct two hearings at the Securities and
         Exchange Commission's Northeast Regional Office to
         address fees collected by the SEC as well as the
         regulatory and structural environment for the changing
         securities markets.  Media and the general public are
         invited to attend the hearings, though space is limited.
