Primarily, to provide citizens who are CERT trained and to coordinate Medical Reserve Corps volunteers to augment the emergency medical response community. To spearhead efforts to offer citizens new and exciting volunteer opportunities, educational information, and training courses to address crime, terriorism and natural disaster risks.
