Council Description
The Citizen Corps Council of Hoffman Estates was started to assist the village in the event of a major disaster or emergency. Primary focus is to manage, train, and develop a volunteer core with disaster response and recovery skills. The first group under the umbrella of the Hoffman Estates Citizen Corps will be a CERT group, with advanced Volunteer Management Support Team training.
