Council Description
The Citizen Corp Council of Shelby County,Tennessee is a local voluntary advisory body organized consistent with the laws of the State of Tennessee to respond to the call for Americans to involve themselves in service to others in ways that will help their communities prepare for and respond to emergencies. The council will acomplish its mission through programs and activities that mobilize and harness the power of individuals and stimulate widespread participation among persons who live, work or do business within the greater Memphis and Shelby County Community.
