Council Description
The following programs make up the Texas County Citizen Corps; CERT, Neighborhood Watch, Medical Reserve Corps, Amateur Radio and LEPC organizations that are already formed in the county. Chairman of the Council will be Harold Bruening. We have quarterly meetings in February, May, August and November. We encourage citizen preparedness and enhancing the existing emergency management programs.
