Council Description
The Marion County Citizen Corps Councils covers the volunteer organizations in the 20 cities and 37 unicorporated communities of Marion County with a population base of 298,000 residents. The council exists to facilitate collaboration and partnerships between volunteer agencies in the county toward a goal of disaster preparedness education and preparation of its citizens.
