Council Description
The Cambria County Citizen Corps Council was formed as an entity under the Cambria County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) in an effort to promote, coordinate and sustain volunteers countywide, in programs that provide awareness and preparedness for emergencies and disasters, and enhance the response capability of the general public in mitigating the effects of these emergencies and disasters.
