Council Description
The New Jersey Meadowlands Commission is a regional state agency responsible for the orderly development of the Hackensack Meadowlands District (HMD). The HMD consists of portions of 14 local municipalities in both Bergen and Hudson Counties of New Jersey. The Commission is staffed in part by licensed professional engineers, licensed code enforcement officials and professional planners.
