Council Description
The WV State Citizen Corps Council is made up of member organization representatives appointed by the Governor. The Mission of the West Virginia State Council is to harness the power of every individual through communications, education, training, and volunteer service to make communities safer, stronger, and better prepared to respond to disasters of all kinds, natural and man-made.
