Council Description
THE JEFFERSON PARISH CITIZEN CORP WILL BE RESPONSIBLE OF OVERSEEING THE OPERATION OF THE JEFFERSON PARISH CERT TEAM AND CERT MEMBER TRAINING, THE VOLUNTEER IN POLICE PROGRAM, AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH PROGRAM. THE COUNCIL IS COMPRISED OF INDIVIDUALS FROM THE PUBLIC SAFETY SECTOR, FAITH BASED SECTOR, AND THE INDUSTRY SECTOR OF THE COMMUNITY.
