Handbook of Forensic Services Revised

The FBI Laboratory is pleased to announce the publication of the 2007 revised edition of the Handbook of Forensic Services. The handbook describes the forensic examinations conducted by the FBI’s Laboratory and Operational Technology Divisions and provides guidance and procedures for safe and efficient methods of collecting, preserving, packaging, and shipping evidence.

The handbook is available at no cost to public law enforcement and forensic laboratory personnel who fax a request on agency letterhead to + 1-703-632-8374.
