WASHINGTON — Deputy Comptroller for Compliance Policy Ann F. Jaedicke discussed the Community Reinvestment Act in testimony today before the House Committee on Financial Services.
The Office of the Comptroller of
the Currency was created by Congress to charter national banks, to oversee a
