EX-IM BANK 2008 ADVISORY COMMITTEE

Now in its 25th year, the Congressionally-established Advisory Committee helps Ex-Im Bank review policies and programs by providing input from various sectors of the economy.

The Advisory Committee holds quarterly meetings; its primary task is to advise the Bank concerning its programs, especially with respect to competitiveness. This year the committee is focusing on challenges for 2008, such as identifying the strategies and mechanisms that are enabling businesses to stay competitive in today's global marketplace.

This year's Committee has nine new members and eight returning members. The members and the sectors they represent are as follows (starred names indicate new members):
